When I was a kid some of the most popular jokes were the “Mommie! Mommie!” jokes. Here is an example:
“Mommie! Mommie! Everybody at school is saying my feet are too big!”
“That’s ridiculous! Now go put your shoes in the garage and come to dinner.”
Funny, huh? Well, I liked them and this is my favorite one:
“Mommie! Mommie! I don’t want to go to America!”
“Shut up and keep swimming!”

How about:
“Mommy, mommy, I don’t want to give birth in America”
“Shut up and keep pushing”
or
“Mommy, mommy, it’s hot and crowded in the back of this coyote van”
“Shut up and stop breathing!”
