Does that mean that there are certain things that governments - non-democratic goverments at that - can do better than private enterprise? And yes, Bush left himself open to a vicious, unwarranted attack, he should not be surprised that he was viciously & unwarrantedly attacked. You would think that Karl Rove was moonlighting for the Democrats they way this came down.
