  3. How did a cheese-lover end up in Las Vegas? Wouldn’t Wisconsin be a better choice? You could even hear a cheese hat!

  4. Well, Elzbth, I was young and thought I could win lots of money to buy all the cheese in the world. Now I’m getting old and I have just enough money to buy American cheese. Shattered dreams …

  5. tagging is a pernicious and perfidious activity. Besides, I did the meme of 4 long ago. Heh!!! http://www.gmroper.com/archives/2005/12/the_meme_of_fou.htm

Yesterday, my wife tagged me with the same meme via e-mail. Curses!!!!

  6. Sounds harsh, G. M.! But let’s not tell Olaf. I don’t want to be the one who stopped the tagging ;-)

  7. Thanks for the Micael Moore link, I gained some insight into the latest plan to sell US ports to a Dubai-based corporation once headed by one of Bush’s buddies.

I do hope you take up the topic soon, it has turned out to be bit of a stickler for Bush, even among conservatives.

  8. For the Frikadelle recipe try Wikipedia (English translation). It is an excellent example of Germisch or Engleutsch, but is strictly from Hungar.
