It makes the life of pedofiles so much easier, since they don't have to explain everything from the start. That something like this happens in Belgium is so unexpected... And the best way to prevent AIDS is to raise our little kids in most promiscuous and sluttiest way possible. Imagine the comfort and big savings for child molestors because they dont have to bring their own condoms. Man what great idea. The only thing they could add would be that every child with orifices smaller than 3cm in diameter should get a years worth of lube free. This is just great!
